MEMBERSHIP

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between the operator of the website Pipebe.at (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Members") utilizing the premium membership service and credit system.

2. Scope of Activities

2.1 The primary activity consists of organizing entertainment competitions, games, and similar activities (hereinafter referred to as "Activities") for Members.

2.2 Participation in activities is not subject to a fee, is voluntary, and is accessible only to Members.

2.3 Members may be rewarded with tangible or intangible prizes based on their results or mere participation in activities.

2.4 The results of competitions are determined according to the Rules set by the Operator and specified for each competition as needed.

2.5 The Operator reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the Rules at any time, particularly to maintain the functionality of the project and enhance the attractiveness of activities for Members. Amendments to these Terms shall be applicable only to activities that begin after the amendments have come into force.

2.6 Members do not have a legal claim to any prizes, and they cannot file complaints regarding them unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Registration and Membership

3.1 Membership on the Pipebe.at website can only be requested through registration.

3.2 By registering, the Member agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.

3.3 Membership is granted upon approval of the registration request, which occurs after the payment of the membership fee. Membership is therefore paid.

3.4 The Member has the right to cancel their membership at any time by sending a request via email to the Operator.

3.5 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's account at its sole discretion in the event of a breach of these Terms, Rules or any applicable laws.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Membership fees are paid monthly and amount to USD 5 per month. Membership fees can also be paid in advance for multiple months. Payments are processed via PayPal.

4.2 If membership fees have been paid in advance, refunds cannot be claimed for months that have already passed or have already started.

4.3 The benefits of multi-month subscriptions are further specified in the Rules.

5. Credit System (Puffs)

5.1 Registered Members can earn Puffs (credits) by participating in competitions, making predictions, or playing games.

5.2 Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.3 Credits can only be used within the Pipebe.at system in accordance with the Rules specified on the website.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

6.1 The Operator collects Members' personal data solely for the purpose of operating the service.

6.2 Members have the right to deletion, correction, or access to their data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

6.3 Details regarding personal data protection are provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Legal Disclaimer

7.1 The Operator is not responsible for the decisions and actions of Members within the Pipebe.at system.

7.2 The Operator is not liable for technical errors, outages, or hacker attacks.

7.3 The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Pipebe.at system, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or security breaches.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

8.2 The courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the Operator and the Members.

These Terms and Conditions shall be effective and binding on all Members as of 1st April 2025
